This unbuilt new residence was designed for a 13 acre open hillside with 180 degree views. The clients desire for a formal brick house led to a symmetrical entry facade with a row of formal entertaining rooms and a large entry hall with curved staircase. The view side of the house contains the informal and private spaces as well as a large stone terrace. The four-car garage turns 90 degrees to face the flanking woods.
