The clients wanted a Great Room that opened directly to a large patio cover which acts as transition zone to the new pool area. We did a 26′ wide pocketing glass sliding door system which gave the widest view possible. The addition and renovation made the 21′ x 30′ room a great space for family gatherings. The 650 sf patio cover also created a glass railing terrace above for the master and guest bedrooms as well as a wonderful ocean sunset view. Other details include a coffered ceiling, new flooring, stone pavers in the patio cover and balcony above, and an all new outdoor kitchen.
