This prominent Italianate Victorian called for a complete three story reconstruction. The floor plan was entirely reworked to situate the main spaces around a skylit two story atrium. A new porch with elaborate column detailing wraps the streetfront while a new porte cochere gives cover to the side entry. Dark mahogany floors, bookcases, and wainscoat ground the bright space of the atrium.
